Extension to add some text into catalog page and product detail page

I'm newbie in Magento. I want to create an extension to customize catalog page and product detail page by adding some text like the attached images. In wordpress, i can use the web hook to do this, anyone help to suggest me how can i do it in Magento 2?

Yes, it's possible to do it in Magento. It seems you have unique text for each item. first, you should create a product attribute from the backend or even develop an extension.
