Removed from Store

i have an extension, captcha.eu, that got removed from store. (v 1.0.0)

tried to re-package and re-submit as 1.0.1.

tech checks now fail, as "Previous version has never passed QA or is not currently released in store."

guess it is because, 1.0.0 is not available do to removed-from-store.

tried to file a ticket, but that links in the support area 404  

any advice or help?

I'm experience the same issue.
This needs to be addressed as customers are looking for our integration. 

I've tried multiple forms of contacts towards the magento support, but have yet to get a response.
