My Magento Connect account does not allow me to publish our extension. Error message saying that the "developer account does not have credentials to connect to Magento Connect 2.0" is generated. This happens way before the actual extension package is submitted, on the very first step of the form in which the extension is described. Is the reason for this, that the account was set up wrongly? What could be the reason?
