Hi guys,
I have come up with the issue that Magento has marked payments in year 2018 as pending and they do not process it further..
Total sales amount in https://developer.magento.com/reports-sales does not reflect reality - it is smaller.. This is because the extensions from year 2017 and prior are probably not in this report..
Nevertheless the total payout even from this smaller amount is much less then total amount substracted the fees for magento..
30% is a lot of money, but i am getting paid less then 50% of all sales.. Is anybody experiencing the same issue? I cannot even calculate it exactly because magento does not give me full data..
