Hello!
Our team recently discovered that all Reports referencing Google ECommerce integration started to report zero, nearly zero, or no data. We expect it to be due to the fact that Google ECommerce was based on Universal Analytics, which ended its lifecycle in mid-2023.
Now, when we switched to using Google Analytics 4 Live integration, we didn't see a similar table in Data Warehouse to create a relation between Orders and Ecommerce to correlate sales with source/medium/campaign like described in https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/commerce-business-intelligence/mbi/analyze/warehouse-manager...
Is there any other integration or way of building ECommerce dimensions in correlation with our Orders data other than Google ECommerce, which seems deprecated?
Thanks
Hello @devsharepr1ff5
If you have transitioned from Universal Analytics to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and are looking to correlate E-commerce data with order information, it's important to note that GA4 uses a different data model compared to Universal Analytics. GA4 is event-based and offers more flexibility in tracking and analyzing user interactions.
To correlate E-commerce dimensions with order data in GA4, you can follow these steps:
Set Up Enhanced E-commerce in GA4:
Send Enhanced E-commerce Events:
Custom Dimensions and Metrics:
Data Analysis in GA4:
Hi devsharepr1ff5,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Due to the new version of Google Analytics 4, the Google eCommerce profiles for the same are not loading in Adobe Commerce Intelligence (aka MBI). We are working on the feature development to extend our compatibility with GA4 and will keep you updated as we progress.
As an alternative, a data pipeline could be explored in Commerce Intelligence using Import API feature. Please refer to our documentation below for more information:
https://developer.adobe.com/commerce/services/reporting/import-api/
We may come up with a streamlined set of steps specific to Google eCommerce in a few weeks.
As a second alternative, please make use of our CSV Upload feature (link shared below):

That's very good news you're working on it. Do you have an ETA for this integration to be completed?
