Based on the instructions to create an account, I followed the steps below:
1. Go to https://account.magento.com/customer/account/login
2. Go to My Account > My MBI Instances.
Went I went to my account portal, I did not see the 'My MBI Instaces' link. Also, is MBI an option for Enterprise Edition only?
