Can I make rewards points worth a percentage off instead of an amount of currency?

Title says it all, I'd like to know if I can make rewards points worth 1 percent each, and only be redeemed when a customer has accrued 10, to give them 10% off whatever order they decide to redeem them on.

Are you using Magento commerce or open source?

If Magento commerce then you can't do it by percentage.

If open source then please share the extension which one you are using.

There are good extension available at the marketplace for Magento open source.

I am not aware of Magento Commerce or any extension provide such functionality. Generally they provide Point to Currency and not the %. Possibly requires good amount of effort to implement. I doubt you can find one in marketplace.
