Can I pull a report that shows Discontinued Products on my site?

We would like to pull a report that displays the Discontinued status of products. The fields we are looking for are:

• Product SKU
• Product Name
• Discontinued Status (Discontinued / Not Discontinued)
• Date Discontinued (If Applicable)

Is this native Magento Reporting functionality or would this require an extension?

You can't pull this report in Magento. You could use Moco Insight which can pull this report for you.
