Can Magento add BCC email address to the Invoice email sent to customer?

I need both the customer email and a specific tracking email on the same message. Not a separate Sent To. 

(I am not a developer, but need instructions to send to a developer.)

I'm not sure for which version of Magento but is an out-of-the-box feature on both versions.

Magento 1

This options is located on: System -> Configuration -> Sales -> Sales Emails

Magento 2

This options is located on: Stores -> Configuration -> Sales -> Sales Emails

Which two places?

Config is under System.
