Hello, the page builder that comes with magento commerce cloud is a bit limiting and was wondering if there is another page builder our there that is compatible with magento 2 commerce cloud?

I've heard a lot of good feedback about Shogun, but I spend most of my time with Commerce On Prem users as well as Open Source users. Shogun is also partnered with some good agencies, like AbsoluteWeb. I can't say that I know anyone that's used it with Commerce Cloud, but according to the Magento Marketplace, it is compatible:

There are some solutions that are really targeted at Open Source users since Commerce includes its own page builder, so I'm not sure if any of them are compatible. For instance, Aheadworks has https://aheadworks.com/buildify-for-magento-2. It does look like Amasty's extension works with Commerce, but not Commerce Cloud: https://marketplace.magento.com/amasty-xlanding.html

Out of curiosity, is there something in particular that Pagebuilder is lacking? Is there a feature request you'd want to submit? Pagebuilder is one of the main selling points of Commerce. It seems like a shame to need an alternative.

There are only a hand full of options with magento page builder. Not really useful to be honest. Here is a list of some of the features with a 3rd party page builder below. They even have page layout templates etc. https://www.magezon.com/magezon-page-builder-for-magento-2.html

Just a fyi - shogun discontinued its magento product for page builder. They have a new front end product but is not ready for magento until next year sometime
