Configurable product is not showing

Hello everybody!

I'm quite new with magento and I can't find solution with this problem:

I've set up 10 simple products with SHOES attribute set (of course they are configurable friendly)

I made the configurable shoes and (now comes the problem) nothing is shown in frontend. If i set the simple products visible in catalog they will. But otherwhise they are not showing. I've already got some configurable products shown in front end but these new ones are not. 

I tried also to uninstall Simple Configurable Product and set the product without this extension but nothing changed!

I checked Category

I checked Visibility

I checked Inventory

Everything

Suggestions??? How to solve this problem?

Sounds strange ?

So you are able to see the Main conf. product in frontend and not the variants of it, or nothing at all ?

And you have checked:

• Stock Availability 
• Qty
• Website
• Visibility
• Catalog
• Price

Of all the simple and the conf. product - yes ?

Hello everybody. Thanks KentChr_DK! What happened is this: It seems that SCP extension (Simple Configurable Product) had some conflict with indexes so they didn't sown all the products (even though the configurable) in frontend.  SCP seems not to be up to date with Magento 1.9.1. 

So this is the solution: Uninstall SCP!! unfortunately

Hey, it helped me thanks. So i had both of configurators "Product matrix" nas "SCP".  I justed uninstalled SCP and since it works fine.

instead of SCP use our module, it supported and works with the latest magento versions
