Creating Customisable Variations

Our business sells tyres and we offer pair deals. There are deals where there is a choice of 2 front tyre sizes, but not every rear size is compatible with each front size.

We used to run Interspire which enabled us to be able to set the variation so that when a particular front tyre size is selected, only the appropriate rear tyre size would show in the next dropdown.

Can Magento do this as opposed to creating one dropdown that lists every size combination?

Still new to Magento..
