Customer Groups

Hey guys! I recently added a new customer group in Magento. After switching my account status to that new one created, I went ahead and created a cataqlog price rule for it. In this case testing a $5 gift card. Even though I assigned a rule to it (ie. The SKU must be xyz) I do not see any discounts show up in the shopping cart. Does anybody know how to make that discount apply?

Hello.

 

When you checking if the rule is valid, make sure that you are log in as a member of this customer group that you have created. Also check if you have pressed 'Save & Apply' (not just Save button).
