when i want to edit or enter new product give me

how can i fixed it?

Hi,

I realize this is old, but I was having a similar problem on a 1.9.0.1 store. When I turned on the cache it worked! With the cache off and cleared it didn't. Not sure why.

I need help with this error. I tried to install a form builder through magento connect manager and after i refreshed the page, i got this error.
