Free delivery voucher

Hi, please advise how to set new promocode\voucher for free delivery so I would enter it on a basket level & get free delivery no matter did I meet free delivery condition or not.

In terms of voucher actions I have only these in Promotions-->Shopping Basket Price Rules:

Hi @anton_rakita,

I didn't tried but what if you set the "Discount Amount" to "0" but then you select "Free Shipping" = "For shipments with matching items"?
