HELP! Magento 2 facebook shop

Hi all! I've researched and can't seem to find a legit answer for the life of me!

I am managing 3 stores on Magento2. I want to import the products into facebook shop. Is there any way I can do this in a simpler way than uploading each individual product onto facebook shop one by one.
I would be forever grateful for anyone who can help me! Uploading the products one by one has been a nightmare.
