How to apply shopping cart discount rule to all products?

Hi guys!

I'm trying to apply a 15% shopping cart discount to all the products in the cart.
The problem is that the discount is only being apply to1 product, instead of all products.
Does any one knows how do i solve this problem?

It seems you have some mistakes in your shopping cart rule setup.

Please check it carefully one more time.

I find out what was the problem. I had a rule blocking the one that i was trying to apply.
