We want to have free shipping for a month. Currently shipping for one store is using a Rate Table to calculate shipping. If I set Enabled to No will the shipping end up being zero? Another possible option could be to import a new table with the percentage of shipping by state to be 0.0. (Currently it is a table with a percent by state) Thank you for any help.

I have answer to my question. It does not work to just disable the table rates. However, you can upoad a table with zeros to achieve the same effect. I also did figure out how to use a promotion to do what we needed for the free shipping.
