Hello everyone,
This week I've started my internship at an E-commerce company which makes use of the Magento admin panel. My research is about optimalising the return proces and minimalising the amount of returns overall. I was wondering if there are any reports available within Magento which for example show things like:
- How many % of orders get returned?
- Percentual returns per product?
- How many customers that return goods want a refund and how many customers want a substitute product?
My boss is very busy and I don't want to bother him too much with these kind of questions so I figured I'd give the forum a shot! I hope anyone can help me out, thanks in advance
