Magento 2- How do I Restore Deleted Reviews?

Hi all, I've got a quandary. When clearing out spam reviews on my site I accidentally deleted ALL of my reviews. Is there a way within M2 that I can easily restore these or are they gone for good and I should look to restoring them from my latest backup?

Magento 2 does  not provide functionality to recover the deleted reviews.

You should recover the deleted reviews from the database backup. Following are the tables which contains the review data.

review
review_detail
review_entity
review_entity_summary
review_status
review_store
