Oro Sync -Catalog Synchronization is getting failed on Magento Enterprise Version 1.12

Catalog Synchronization is getting failed on Magento Enterprise Version 1.12 while syncing the catalog from staging to production server.

 

I  am using the Oro- Sync extension for syncing process but always catalog synchronization is getting failed or sometimes the process is still in progress state and not completed.

 

Urgent....Any Help would be great !!!
