Products disappear from the cart after an hour.

Hello friends.

My products leave the cart after about an hour.

I would like to leave my products in the cart for days, to improve the conversion and to work remarketing.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

Hi Marcos,

I'm not sure which version of Magento you're on, but there are indeed settings that will impact how long products remain in the cart. 

I'd recommend checking out this user documentation for Magento 2:

Hi @marcos_magalhae 

Magento has a feature to increase the lifetime of your cart. You just need to increase the persistent lifetime of your card. This link will help you in this.

Almost you have tried all possible solutions in magento. you need to check in your php version. For finding is there any session problem?
