Related Products to add to a simple products and add to a configurable

It's possible to have related products to simple products and when you add this simple products to configurable products and the related products to be shown to configurable one based on size and color?

Do you mean that say you have a tshirt (configurable) with sizes M and S (both simple products)

And you want to show one set of related products for your tshirt of M size and another for S size?
