Remove loading icon when loading page

Dear piyush_khandelw,

Don't need to change the following file now -

./var/view_preprocessed/html/app/design/frontend/TemplateMonster/theme064/Magento_Theme/templates/page_preloader.phtml

Just found that the loading icons could be removed when clicking all of the titles from yesterday.

I just changed the following two files to empty -

./app/design/frontend/TemplateMonster/theme064/Magento_Theme/templates/page_preloader.phtml
./app/design/frontend/_theme064/Magento_Theme/templates/page_preloader.phtml

The change could not be effected immediately but had to wait for a few hours to one day. Could you also advise reason and principle for this ?

@k.h._fong it may be the issue of caching some time(browser cache).
If your issue resolve give kudos and accept solution.
