Required Headers for CSV Files

Hi

I'm new to this forum and "Magento". What I would like to know is if there is a list of Headers that are required.

In the creation of (Excel) CSV files I know that you need the "Headers" in order to upload you data that "Magento" will recognize.

I created CSV files for "HikaShop". But, am now looking to do the same for "Magento".

Any help in this would be appreciated.
