Set up a product that has minimum and maximum quantities?

Hi all,

Im looking to set up either a grouped/bundled product that contains 4 simple products.

In this grouped/bundled product the customer can choose the quantities of these 4 simple products that add up to 12.

Example below

Football - Red - QTY = 2
Football - Blue - QTY = 4

Football - Green - QTY = 3

Football - Pink - QTY = 3

Basically the customer can choose the quantity of the listed products but it has to add up to 12 for the customer to add it to the cart,
