Shipping Sawaga Extension - invalid dimensions

My website using Sagawa express extension for shipping fee calculation.

I set Sender address correctly (using Japan address), but on checkout screen, this error is showing.

"The Shipping method cannot be processed. Valid dimensions for the products were not found"

What is problem on setting? How can I fix it?
