Show Referral / Keyword used when order placed

Is it possible for magento to show referal url / keyword used / direct on the order screen in admin when an order is placed?

I used to have this on a previous website platform and it was pretty helpful.

I know you can get this info in anayltics, but just need it instantly. Thanks

This is something you would have to custom build, as I understand it you will want to have a modules that will collect the referal url and then write the url to the order (Maybe the admin comments)
