Sorting more than one page of grouped products in admin

I have a number of grouped products with more than 1 page of grouped items. I list my items alphabetically, but cannot move items from 2nd page to 1st page so as to slot newly added items In the correct position. Is there a solution - maybe increase the number of items per page in admin

As I understand you want to increase product count in admin product grid: if yes please check below attached screenshot and increase product count from this dropdown.

This is where I need to increase the no of iyems on a page. I do not see an option.
