Tax Rate Configuration - For prices including Tax

Hi,

I have an urgent question.

 

I have all my product prices including tax.

 

I have created Product Tax Class and added proper tax rates. Also in System -> Configuration, I have set Display tax prices -> Including tax. And show tax in shopping cart -> yes.

 

But the tax is added on top of the including tax price e.g if the including tax price is 10, on the cart page the price displayed is 12.

 

Can some one suggest a solution for this.

Hi,

In System > Configration > Tax > Calculation Settings > Catalog Prices

 

Can you confirm that; that is set to 'including tax'
