We have a problem with the trade accounts and needs fixing ASAP.
Once a customer signs up for a "trade account" we need to activate the account.
- For some reason as soon as we activate the account the price group changes for the account and we can’t change it back - it goes back to the "General (customer group)" -- which has pricing seen by all public
Can't find out where / how to fix and our developers are out of office!
We are running a launch ad campaign for our new catalogue and so we have a drive to push more customers/sales through our website online for that specific 'trade account' group.
