Upload image error

Having an upload image error:

“Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to move '/tmp/phpoQGOIB' to '/home/bermoent/public_html/img/tmp/PSVmdBmY' in /home/bermoent/public_html/admin820/tabs/AdminProducts.php on line 1088

1. An error occurred during the image upload

This has worked in the past and is just now occuring. 

Running magento 1.7

I think the problem come because the folder '/home/bermoent/public_html/img/' is not writable. Please make sure you change mode the folder and upload again
