Website for Selling Services

Hi,

I am first time using magento. I want to develop a website to sell services like hotels, doctors, car service... etc. (e.g like justdial). user/visitor can select and book hotel/doctor appointment through site

We are not going to sale any product from site.

Is it possible using magento?

What steps should we follow to do that as it is not directly online shopping?

Magento supports Virtual products, they don't have to be physically shipped.

You will probably need to find an extension or customise the platform in-house to provide good UX for your customers.
