I have ga4 working with Magento. The question was for mbi or RJ metrics,
how do I get ga 4 data same as a us integration?

There is no integration available for GA4 in MBI yet.

This is part of our roadmap.

We are aligned with the phase out date for Universal Analytics.

Although we are unable to disclose an exact date, we shall certainly make MBI integration available for GA4, a few months before July.

We will surely inform the forum once this feature is released.

The RJMetrics Integrations panel has a section named "MBI integrations available for upgrade" with Google Analytics in it. When we click at it, there is a prompt asking to confirm integration (see attached image).

Q: Will accepting it add another integration to our account or will it replace existing UA integration? 

I'm concerned if this will break existing dashboards or will it only add new integration and any changes to the dashboards (to use new GA4 metrics&dimensions) will require manual update?

Yes, there is a GA4 integration planned to be released soon. We will keep this forum informed about it.

In order to ensure there is no loss of historical GA data in your analytics account, we request you to

1. migrate existing GA3 properties to GA4

2. keep a safe backup of GA3 historical data in CSV formats
