We moved database server from AWS RDS to a percona mysql.
Magento BI integration settings were changed and there is confirmation of sync being done an hour ago But no new data is seen. Is there anything I need to do tell BI there was a change?
Hi there,
Depending on how the new server details were provided in MBI, and the scope of the changes between your AWS RDS instance and your MySQL database, that path to resolution may vary.
If you edited your existing AWS RDS integration within MBI, and adjusted the host, port, and user credentials to reflect the new MySQL integration, AND if the database name and schema are exactly identical between your two servers (all databases/tables/field names remain unchanged), you may just need to wait a few hours for the initial update to complete before the historical data is replicated into your account.
If you answered no to any of the above (i.e. if you created a new integration in order to provide your MySQL db credentials, or if the database name or schema has changed in some way), you'll need to open a support ticket. For something simple like a change to the database name, our support team can perform a 1:1 migration to move all existing report assets from the AWS instance to MySQL. If there are more substantial schema changes, you may need to rebuild some assets in your account, or else involve services.
Either way, support can help determine the next steps here.
Thanks for your reply

How to open a support ticket?
Support tickets for MBI can be opened from within the Magento support center, or via your Magento account. Details on opening support tickets are available here:
