Re-import full data - how to run a "full initial sync"
Hi,
I've got some false historical data that have been corrected in Magento admin. However, I don't see these changes in Magento BI. Is there a way to run a sync for historical data?
Best,
Albin

Re: Re-import full data - how to run a "full initial sync"
Hi Albin,
Yes, it's possible to refresh the data replicated within your MBI account, but only through support. I recommend opening a support request with a list of the tables that you need to truncate/refresh. Our support team can assist with the process from there.

Re: Re-import full data - how to run a "full initial sync"
Hi Hamon,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Commerce intelligence allows you to configure replication methods for each synchronized table. Navigate to Manage Data >> Data Warehouse >> Replication Method
This will launch a popup where you can select Full Table option
In order to start synchronization manually, you can come back to previous page & click the wheel icon.
Hope this helps.
