i.e - https://example.com/sales/guest/form/

This page should display form which asks for order number, billing name, email or zipcode.

Hello Pigpig, All Magento stores require customers to login into their account to know the order status. Magento Track Order Extension allows customers to track the status of the order accurately by directly going to the shipping partner's site, without signing in.

It's a big surprise for me to hear about your bad experience. 

I have been using some of their modules: page builder, mega menu pro, quote, and FAQ extensions. In fact, I also face some issues with page builder, however, i got their responsive support in time. 

In my experience, you should read carefully the company's refund policy before making a deal. Normally, they will not return your money for sales items or conflicts caused not by their module. 

Or you can write an email to their official email to get the right answer to your problems.
