If I have 3 products in stock and the customer orders 5 products.

The customer can order 5 products, but a message will be displayed: delivery will be made in 7 days.

Hi,

unfortunately this is not what I want.

If I order 4 pieces and they are in stock do not display the delivery message in 10 days.

If I order 5 pieces and there are only 4 pieces in stock, the message "will be delivered in 10 days.

If you know a module that does what I said above, I would be very grateful

Logically, if you only have three products in stock so customers will only able to purchase those three (which is in stock). How they can able to see remaining quantities in your store? Kindly explain your flow that this extension works. It would be better to provide you the solution.

I have a stock for each product that I can deliver on the same day with the customer's order.
Products that are not in stock can be delivered in 5 days.

If a product has only 3 pieces in stock, they can be ordered and delivered on the same day.

If the customer orders 5 pieces, the message "will be delivered in 5 days" will appear.

For the above modules, if I set the pre-order and the product has 2 pieces in stock, the massage appears to be delivered in 5 days.

I do not want this message to appear on the product in stock.

I want the message to appear only for products that are not in stock.

I find a definitely right solution for your demand. Please take a look at Magento 2 Pre Order extension. 

The module allows admin to custom the message on each product in section Pre-order Custom Notes such as: [product name] will be available in 10 next days or [product name] will be delivered in 10 days

You can show whatever you want to notify and attract customer's attention.
