Best Magento extension to view product frontend page from admin

Hi community, 

I am Magento newbie and I found that Magento backend does not preview functions like Wordpress. 
 
I am looking for a Magento extension to help me view product page from admin without saving all configuration 
 
I find a very useful extension: Admin Product Preview Plus that can functions all my requirements 
 
However, Whether I can still view the front end without any extensions?

As for as I know, there is not preview option in Magento back-end. After you saved the product you need to find it in category  at front-end to see how it looks.


There is also Store Manager for Magento application, this is desktop solution for data management.
