We are working on a chat-bot for Magento that will allow you to receive orders (even when you sleep) and make up-sell/cross-sell with an existing customer base.
In first version it will collect purchase enquiries and contact info, so you will be able to communicate with customers later and close the deal.
Later our chat-bot will allow you to send your customers targeted notification (manually or automaticly) with information about order/delivery status, abandoned carts and etc.
Finally we will try to create a shop assistance for your store which will be able to answer on questions about store, delivery options, suggest related goods and so on.
What do you think about that idea? Why it can/can't work? I need any feedback!
