Create a form and save that information in the database, it is possible?

Hi everybody.

 

My magento 1.9 is a store about pharmacy and i need to have a form where the doctors can put
consultation hours and save that information on the database to after show on the store because every week the schedule changes.

 

it is possible? or maybe do you have another idea how to do that.

or maybe with a extension

 

Please help me.
