Custom Sales Order Hold for Possible Fraud

I would like to find a module that will allow me to flag or give a custom order status to orders that meet certain conditions.  For example:

1. Order is greater than a specific amount.
2. Order placed by new customer.
3. Same customer has ordered more than once within a specific time period.
4. Billing and shipping are different.
5. Email address is from a free (or particular) email provider.
6. Order is set to ship the next day.
7. Shipping address includes a POB.

We are currently having a minor problem with some credit card fraud and I would like to create some internal rules to flag orders for more review.

If such a module doesn't currently exist I'll probably write one.

Take a look at our Order Tags Magento extension. It allows you to tag orders either manually or automatically according to different rules, conditions and their combinations. Order labels are also configurable, so you can make them really eye-catching for your admins.
