DPD.ie and Magento integration

Hi I have looking around for a extension that works with the courier DPD.ie (DPD Ireland)

Its seems DPD system is completely different from other DPD systems like DPD.co.uk  and has a lot less api's and works primarily via CSV files.  I have the technical docs for DPD.ie etc, and I have been told by a developer (that can't take on the work), is should be pretty simple to setup,  so I just looking someone that familiar with magentos shipping system.

You will have to get a Magento Module created or go with a shipping extension that can work with the CSV files.
