Extension for Reviews, Images Reviews, User Generated Content

I'm a forum newbie. So hello everyone. currently in the process of re-building an e-commerce site for my skate shop in Brooklyn, NY. I'm looking for a solid solution (willing to pay) which will help me collect and generate customer reviews in different formats, automate post purchase emails, collect image reviews, q&a, user content.etc. Basically all the stuff I've been reading about online related to getting your shoppers to generate content  for other shoppers.

What does this forum recommend for magento?  Looking for 2/3 options I can consider.

I have 2 ideas for you:

You can try the Product Questions and Answers extension for Magento. It's possible for your customers to ask questions directly on the products' pages. Plus all customers can see questions instead of asking the same things personally. Also admins can add their own questions and answers. In this way you may generate content for other shoppers as pointed out.

There is one more option: the F.A.Q. module for Magento.

Features:

• Create global FAQs or per product
• Group q/a into expandable categories
• Make questions visible to certain customer groups
• Make FAQ visible only if the product purchased
• Insert links, images, video into FAQ

The upcoming module will provide the reviews are collected via email review submission forms. It is a convenient way for both customers and merchants. The request for reviews will be automatically sent to assigned customers after they bought products. After they complete this form, it should be approved by store admins.

By the way, the reviews can be shown in a specially created block, and store admins can leave their comments. It is especially valuable when it needs to sand off the negative impressions.
