Our client has built a new magento 2 website and we need some good free magento 2 extensions for:

- contact form

- product questions

- product tags

- mega menu

- page builder

- payment gateway

Please suggest me if you know any free extensions that can work well in magento 2.3.x. Thank a lot.

Try Store Manager for Magento for overall site management. There's a lot of useful functionality, such as unlimited product import from different file formats, categories import, store diagnostics tool, POS system, Mass Editors, orders removal, etc. FREE version can be used for 2 weeks.

Unless you need functionality that isn't native, I wouldn't add an extra extension.

For Payment Gateways, if you don't already have one I'd recommend not using an extension if you don't need to. There are native payment gateways built into Magento: https://docs.magento.com/m2/ce/user_guide/payment/gateways.html

If you were to choose a non-native gateway, I'd recommend selecting a free extension from the Magento Marketplace that meets specific needs or goals, such as supporting customers in the country/region that you plan to serve, or working with a particular payment processor that's offering you low processing rates: https://marketplace.magento.com/extensions/payments-security/payment-integration.html?q=payment%20ga...

In general, I recommend that any extensions you get comes from the Magento Marketplace. Extensions published in this extension store, including free extensions, undergo various reviews by Magento's team, including code review. While that doesn't mean other extensions aren't good, since we're talking about free extensions anyway, the extra [independent] code review is a big plus.
