There are good extensions available in the market for improve score of website. 
For Google Page Insights: I will suggest following Amasty extension which I have recently used and improve good score of the website.

If you want to try FREE extensions to improve the page's load time, try the Magento Defer Parsing of Javascript extension that offers to automatically defer parsing of Javascript in Magento store.
