Hello everyone! My name is Emily and I work in a company that uses Magento 2 for its online shop.
Recently we thought it would be great if we can use an extension for Magento 2 that will allow us to gather customer feedback so we can improve our services. The thing is that we need something that can be used with Magento 2 AND with a mobile devices. We have 7 physical stores so we want to put in each one of them a tablet where customers would leave feedback in store. So we need something that can be synced to Magento so all the feedback (from online and offline customers) would be visible on the site.
It would be great if there's a way to dedicate an entire page only to feedback from our customers. And of course it would be nice if there's an option to offer a promo code to the customers that would leave a feedback.
Is there any available option that we can use to achieve this?
