Is there an extension to market my Magento store with AdWords?

Hello. I just created my eshop about 1 month ago and I am looking to market it but I cannot afford to hire a marketer for AdWords. Is there an extension that helps me with AdWords ads creation?

Hey, everyone!

 

During my research, I found this plugin very interesting: Easy ROI (https://easy.roihunter.com/ )

I tried it because they say it makes "marketer’s life easier" and it kinda does! I started with a small amount as a budget just to play around and I have been seeing some results. Everything is managed by the plugin (Merchant Center, Analytics, AdWords). It's only been 2 days since I installed it but so far I am very pleased. It's super easy and you don't need to do much.
