Limit incorrect shipping rates in Magento 2 Marketplace

I'm working with Magento 2 Marketplace and want to build a perfect shipping system for my online store. It would be great if any Magento 2 shipping module can work well with marketplace. I can set individual flat shipping rate for each product and prevent incorrect shipping. Do you have any suggestion? Please help me, thanks!
