Looking for help on drop-ship module

Hi there,
Can anyone suggest a best drop-ship module which can cover feature below (can be multiple modules)? Or guide me how to setup these features.

Features:

1. Add shipping cost based on Vendors per order and free shipping on a limit (like Free shipping on order over $100 etc.).
2. Per Vendor shipping cost should group in cart and charge same amount per item or based on weight setup in the backend.
3. Setup fixed shipping cost for some countries like US and standard international shipping or fixed cost based on Vendors. Would be great if we can also have fixed shipping for one country (US) and if any other country selected than any other courier company can be selected by the user to get real time shipping cost.
4. Import products based on Vendors. It can be in multiple categories.
5. Add price percentage markup based on Vendors so that we don’t have to increase price for every product.
6. Auto product import using API or CSV file.
7. Notify Vendors for their order.
8. Create shipping labels and send comments to Vendors which should not be on the invoice but just extra note related to order
9. Vendor manager; where vendors can login and update their price and product information. Magento would add profit margin based on the vendor percentage and setup retail cost.
